The Rapla Vallavalitsus publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 139(3) of the planning Law (plans).
The Rapla Vallavalitsus States that, by order No 512 of the Municipality of Rapla of 2 December 2019, entitled “establishment of the zoning plan”, a zoning plan in accordance with the master plan of the Matsi land area (cadastral mark 66801:001:0164) was established in Uusküla.
The purpose of the zoning plan is to lay down the conditions for the establishment of a fuel station on land. With the implementation of the building plan, a legal person governed by private law will be able to expand its economic activity in the immediate vicinity of the City of Rapla. Access to services is improving, which is expected to have a positive economic, social and cultural impact. The impact on the natural environment is limited.
