The competition Authority publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 27 (12) of the Konkonks (Law on competition).
On 10.12.2019, the competition Authority adopted Decision No 5-5/2019-066, pursuant to paragraph 27(1)(p) 1 of the Konx, with the result that Auto-Bon Oy, a company registered in Finland (registry code: 1068382-9), may acquire a dominant influence over Veho Eesti Akaselts (registry code: 10283692) within the meaning of paragraph 19(1)(2) of the Kontik.
