The Harju Maakohus (Harju District Court), Tallinn, publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 30(2) of the bankruptcy Act (PankrS).
By order of 19.12.2019 in civil proceedings No 2-19-12542, THE debtor, OON Logistics OÜ (registry code: 12367585, address: Harju County, Tallinn, Kristiine district, Tondi tn 32, 11316), was set at EUR 3 000 as a deposit for the costs of insolvency proceedings and at EUR 9 020 as the due date for payment.
The court shall not close the proceedings if the sum specified by the court is paid as a deposit to cover the costs of the bankruptcy proceedings.
The amount must be paid into the Treasury account No EE5710220229377229 (SEB Bank), No EE062200221059223099 (Swedbank) or No 221700017003510302 (Luminor Bank) of THE Ministry of Finance. When payment is made, enter in the box of the explanation the exact title of the operation for which the court fee is paid and the number of the civil matter. On the same day, the court must be provided with an order for payment or with information enabling it to verify receipt of the advance on the costs of insolvency proceedings.
