The competition Authority publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 27 (12) of the Konkonks (Law on competition).
In accordance with paragraph 27(1)(1) of the Konkonks, the competition Authority adopted Decision No 5-5/2019-070 on 20.12.2019, with the result that Media investments & Holding OÜ (registry code: 14609223) may acquire a dominant influence over the part of the undertaking of AllePal OÜ (registration code: 12209337) (intention OF the advertisement portal) within the meaning of paragraph 19(1)(2).
