The Rapla Vallavalitsus publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 128(7) of the planning Law (plans).
The Municipality of Rapla States that, by Decision No 85 of the County Council of Rapla Vallavolikogu of 19 December 2019, entitled “establishment of a building PLAN”, 85, the drawing up OF A BUILDING PLAN in accordance with the master plan for Liiva tn 2 was initiated in Rapla in the Municipality of Rapla with a view to laying down the conditions for the construction of a paired building.
The planning area includes sand 2 plots of land (cadastral code 67001:005:0160) in Rapla. The planning area is bounded by the land parcels of the road of Kuusiku, the street of Nurme, the street of sand, sand tn 4a and Nurme tn 4. The area covered by the plan is approximately 0,3 ha.
The need to draw up a zoning plan is apparent from the master plan and the planning law of the Municipality of Rapla. It is necessary to draw up an up-to-date geodetic master plan of the networks.
