The competition Authority publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 27 (12) of the Konkonks (Law on competition).
Pursuant to paragraph 27(3) of the Konkonks, the competition Authority adopted Decision No 5-5/2019-072 on 27.12.2019, with the result that AllePal OÜ (registration code: 12209337) may acquire a dominant influence over auto24 AS (registration code: 10416931); VIN solutions OÜ (registration code: 14071883) on condition that AllePal OÜ SELLS the WALL OF the advertisement portal.
