Continental FIT AS (registry code 11518237) publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 419(4) of the commercial Code (ÄS).

The public limited company shall notify the conclusion of the merger agreement. The merger agreement has been concluded between Continental FIT AS (registry code 11518237) and Uniced AS (registry code: 10343865), established in black juure 9 Tallinn, Geotra OÜ (registry code: 12022372), established in black juure 9 Tallinn. As a result of the merger, Continental FIT AS (acquiring company) merges Uniced AS and Geotra OÜ (acquired companies) with itself and the acquired companies are deemed to be extinguished. As a result of the merger, the acquiring company will continue to operate under the current business name Continental FIT AS.

The merger agreement and other documents can be consulted and copied at the register office of Tartu Makohus and at the registered office of the link company at mustjuure 9, Tallinn 10618 (on working days from 9.00 to 17.00).
