Eften real estate Fund III AS (registry code 12864036) publishes a notice pursuant to section 419(4) of the commercial Act (ÄS).
The public limited company shall notify the conclusion of the merger agreement. The merger agreement has been concluded between EfTEN real estate Fund III AS (registry code 12864036) and EfTEN Kinnisvarafond AS (registry code: 11505393), established in A.Lauteri 5, Tallinn. The Accession Treaty is dated 14 January 2020.
