The Environment Agency publishes a notice under paragraph 47(2) of the General Law on the Environment (KeÜS).

The Environment Agency States that the request submitted by OÜ HIIU AUTOTRANS (registry code: 10366083) (address: Sõnajala tn 11a, City of Kärdla, Municipality of Hiiumaa, County of Hiiu 92412) to amend the mining authorisation for the mineral resources of the Malmet quarry has been accepted.

The males' careers are located in Hiiu County, in the municipality of Hiiumaa, on the territory of the village of Maltese, in the Maltese sandpastry deposit (registry card 0451), in the state-owned land, in the Maltese quarry (cadastral mark 39201:004:0578). The mountain area of the males' careers is 3.10 ha and the earth's earth is 3.48 ha.

The purpose of the request for amendment of the mining permit for the cast iron quarry is to extend the permit, reduce the average annual mineral extraction rate and correct the amount of the building sand stock.

The request for amendment of the environmental permit and other relevant documents can be consulted at the nearest office of the Environment Agency.
The application shall be digitally accessible in the http://dhs-ADR-kea.envir.ee/ system of the Environment Agency

until the decision to amend the environmental permit is taken, everyone shall have the right to submit reasoned proposals and objections to the Environment Agency. Proposals and objections may be submitted orally or in writing to an e-mail address at the info@keskkonnaamet.ee address or postal address Tallinn 22, Kuressaare, the municipality of Saaremaa, the island region 93819.

The draft decision amending the environmental permit shall be further notified by the Environment Agency in the Official Gazette Ametlikud Teadaanded.
