The Environment Agency publishes a notice under paragraph 47(2) of the General Law on the Environment (KeÜS).

The Environment Agency States that the request SUBMITTED by AS K.U.MELL (registry code: 10090412) (address: Central tn 7, Sub-section of Kose-Uuemõisa, Municipality of Kose, 75102 Harju County) for extension of the mining permit for the mineral resources of the Kose-cross II Mountain deposit has been accepted.

Application for extension of the period of validity of mining permit No HARM-108 (L.MK/319147) for the Kose-cross II deposit for a period of 15 years.

The Kse-cross Mountain reserve II is located in the municipality of Kose, Harju, in the municipality of Kose, on the land of the Kose-cross Mountain (cadastral Identifier: 33702:002:0587), which is managed by the Ministry of the Environment and the Delegated Authority for the Earth and the Cadastre (cadastral Division: 33702:002:0506), which is owned by the municipality of Kose.

The request for renewal of the environmental permit and other relevant documents can be consulted at the nearest Office of the Environment Agency.
The application is available digitally in the document management system of the Environment Agency, https://dhs-ADR-kea.envir.ee/.

Until a decision is taken to renew an environmental permit, everyone has the right to submit reasoned proposals and objections to the Environment Agency. Proposals and objections may be submitted orally or in writing to the e-mail address info@keskkonnaamet.ee or to the postal address Viljandi mnt 16, Tallinn, 11216 Harju County.

The draft decision to renew or refuse to renew an environmental permit shall be further notified by the Environment Agency in the Official Gazette Ametlikud Teadaanded.
