BB haldus OÜ (registry code 14888992) and OSAÜHING BALTIC BOLT (registry code: 10090458), established in Harju County, Tallinn, Kristiine district, division of Forelli tn 6,10621 and BB haldus OÜ are the acquiring company, participated in the division. The division was entered in the commercial register on 15.01.2020.a. The division took place by way of a divestiture and, as a result of the division, the company being divided transferred part of its assets to the acquiring company. Baltic Bolt is a private limited company.
