The Infokaitse OÜ (registry code 10147508) publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 399(1) of the commercial Code (ÄS).
The firm shall notify the merger. Information Infokaitse OÜ (registry code 10147508) and Infokaitse OÜ (registry code: 10666071), established in Mõisa tee 15, Ääsmäe, the municipality of Saue, took part in the merger. The firm shall notify the merger. The link company “information protection systems OÜ” (registry code 10147508, address Harju County, Saue Municipality, Ääsmäe village, Mõisa tee 15, 76402) and the link company “information protection OÜ” (registry code 10666071, address Harju County, Saue Municipality, Ääsmäe village, road 15, 76402) state that they merged by transferring the assets of information protection OÜ to the information protection systems OÜ. The merged entities continue to operate under the name of the Infokaitse OÜ.
The Accession Treaty has been signed on 08.01.202020. No merger decision was required. The merger is entered in the commercial Register 06.02.2020.
Creditors of companies are requested to lodge their claims for security within six months of the date of publication of this notice (paragraph 399(1) of the ÄS). infokaitse@infokaitse.ee
