The competition Authority publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 27 (12) of the Konkonks (Law on competition).
The competition Authority has received notification of a concentration on 13.02.2020 according to which Nordecon AS (registry code: 10099962); Petram OÜ (registry code: 12793170) intends to acquire joint dominant influence over Embach Ehitus OÜ (registry code: 12802319) within the meaning of § 19(1)(3).
Under paragraph 27 (13) of the Konkontik, interested parties are entitled to submit their comments and objections to the concentration to the competition Authority within seven calendar days.
