The competition Authority publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 27 (12) of the Konkonks (Law on competition).
Pursuant to paragraph 27(1)(1) of the Konkonks, the AGCM adopted Decision No 5-5/2020-006 of 20.02.2020, with the result that Stena Logistics Holding AB (registry code: 556687-5075), A company registered in Sweden, may acquire a dominant influence over NTEX AB (registry code: 556648-7285), a company registered in Sweden, within the meaning of paragraph 19(1)(2).
