The competition Authority publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 27 (12) of the Konkonks (Law on competition).
In accordance with paragraph 27(1)(1) of the Konkonks, 02.03.2020 adopted Decision No 5-5/2020-008, with the result that AS Framm (registry code: 10349057) could acquire a dominant influence over the PRODUCTION of AS LASBET (registry code: 11674061), within the meaning of paragraph 19(1)(2).
In accordance with paragraph 27(1)(1) of the Konkonks, 02.03.2020 adopted Decision No 5-5/2020-008, with the result that AS Framm (registry code: 10349057) could acquire a dominant influence over the PRODUCTION of AS LASBET (registry code: 11674061), within the meaning of paragraph 19(1)(2).
