The limited liability SCE E-Piim (registry code 14922341) publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 399(1) of the commercial Code (ÄS).
The firm shall notify the merger. The merger took place between the limited liability SCE E-Piim (registry code 14922341) and the dairy cooperative E-Piim (registration code: 10260498), established in the Republic of Estonia, the Region of Järva, the Municipality of Järva, and the Lauksaimniecības pakalpojumu kooperatīvā sabiedrība “Piena ceļš” (registration code: 40003662402), established in Daudzeses iela 6C-33, Riga, LV-1004, THE Republic of Latvia.
Creditors of companies are requested to lodge their claims for security within six months of the date of publication of this notice (paragraph 399(1) of the ÄS).
