The Rapla Vallavalitsus publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 128(7) of the planning Law (plans).
The Rapla Vallavalitsus States that, by Decision No 10 of the Regional Council of Rapla Vallavolikogu of 27 February 2020, entitled “opening of a building plan”, the drawing up of a building plan in accordance with the master plan was initiated in the City of Mahlamäe TN 7 of Rapla. The aim is to lay down conditions for the erection of up to two five-deck apartment blocks. The planning area of around 0,4 ha covers 7 fields of the Mahlamäe TN (cadastral mark 67001:008:0012) and part of the Mahlamäe Street (cadastral mark 66901:001:0585) in Rapla. The planning area is bounded by garages from the east of Mahlamäe TN 7a, from the north by TN 8 and 10, from the west by Mahlamäe TN 5 and from the south by apartment buildings from Mahlamäe tn 6 and 8.
The need to draw up a zoning plan is apparent from the master plan and the planning law of the Municipality of Rapla.
It is necessary to draw up an up-to-date geodetic master plan of the networks.
