The competition Authority has received notification of a concentration on 16.03.2020 whereby Alexela Varahalduse AS (registry code: 10423960); OÜ 4E Biofond (registry code: 11504910); the partner ESTONIA (registry code: 10038386) intends jointly to acquire a dominant influence over OÜ OÜ Biogasa (registry code: 11515434); and Alexela Varahalduse AS (registry code: 10423960); OÜ 4E Biofond (code: 11504910) within the meaning of OÜ OÜ OÜ (registry code: 10elovictory: 1014).

Under paragraph 27 (13) of the Konkontik, interested parties are entitled to submit their comments and objections to the concentration to the competition Authority within seven calendar days.
