The Harju Maakohus (Harju District Court), Tallinn, publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 145(5) of the bankruptcy Act (PankrS).
The order of 25.03.2020 in civil case No 2-15-1953 confirmed the distribution proposal submitted by THE debtor, ÖM BYGG OÜ (registry code: 10029447, address: Tartu County, Tartu City, Pihva village, Lõuna-Verevi, 61704) (in liquidation), the liquidator.
The debtor or the creditor objecting to the distribution proposal may lodge an appeal within 15 days of service of the order (paragraph 145(4) of the PankrS; paragraph 661(2) of the TsMS).
