By order of 03.04.2020 in civil proceedings No 2-18-18358 confirmed the allocation proposal submitted by the debtor's Tarne OÜ (registry code: 14300912, address: Harju maakond, Tallinn, Nõmme linnaosa, Sambliku tn 5, 10912) (in liquidation), liquidator.
The debtor or the creditor objecting to the distribution proposal may lodge an appeal within 15 days of service of the order (paragraph 145(4) of the PankrS; paragraph 661(2) of the TsMS).
