Keskkonnaamet publishes this announcement under paragraph 30(2) of the Rural Law (MaaPS).
 
Keskkonnaamet announces, that EMG Arendus OÜ (registry code: 14212964) (address Harju maakond, Kuusalu vald, Kiiu alevik, Vana-Narva mnt 11b, 74604)the application for authorisation of the geological survey submitted by the applicant was accepted.

Authorisation for the geological survey of the Pihali II trial room (“the exploration authorisation”) is sought in the municipality of Kohila, Pihali, County Rapla, in the cadastral district of Vardi, district 80 (cadastral mark 31701:005:0958). The cadastral parcel is owned by the Republic of Estonia, the manager is the Ministry of the Environment and the authorised authority is the Riigimetsa Majandamise Keskus.

The area covered by the requested survey room is 51.84 ha. This is a consumable stock survey, which plans to build up up up to 30 wells. According to the request, the exploration depth shall be limited to a maximum of 20 m. the purpose of the exploration shall be to clarify the distribution conditions, composition and technological characteristics of natural deposits, including mineral resources, and to determine the potential uses of the exploratory natural deposits, including mineral resources, through the establishment of well wells. The mineral resources under consideration are building limestone. The intended uses of the mineral resource are construction, road construction and maintenance. The period of validity of the authorisation applied for shall be 5 years. The study is carried out by EMG Arendus OÜ.
