Rapla Vallavalitsus publishes this announcement under Section 128(7) of the planning Act (plans).

Rapla Vallavalitsus announces that the building plan " by Decision No 26 of the Council of Rapla Vallavolikogu of 30 April 2020 was " initiated by the building plan for Kuusiku Road 4a in Rapla, with a view to laying down the conditions for the construction of two apartments. The planning area includes rural area 4a of the Kuusiku tea (cadastral mark 67001:005:0013) and part of the street of Põllu (6692049 Põllu street L1, cadastral mark 66901:001:0296) in Rapla. The planning area is bounded to the east by the 4 properties of the Kuusiku tee 4, to the south by the Kuusiku road, to the Westphalia street and to the Põllu street from the north. The planning area is about 0.4 ha. The zoning plan shall follow the basic design of the master plan.

The need to draw up a zoning plan is apparent from the planning Law and from the master plan of the Municipality of Rapla. Whereas it is necessary to draw up an up-to-date geodetic master plan with the networks;
