Keskkonnaamet publishes this announcement under paragraph 30(2) of the Rural Law (MaaPS).
 
Keskkonnaamet announces, that Pächter Halduse OÜ (registry code: 11569097) (address Jüri 27, 65609 Võru linn)the application for a geological permit to prospect for the Nogopalu X exploration room submitted by the applicant has been accepted.

The application for a geological exploration licence is made for the Saunamaa Cadastral Division (Cadastral Identifier 69701:005:1516) in the village of Taudsa, Rõuge, County Võru. The area covered by the requested survey room is 2.96 ha. It is planned to build up up to 15 wells, up to 15 exploration voids and exploration depth up to 10 m. the exploration resources are sand and gravel. The period of validity of the authorisation applied for shall be 2 years. The test room is called the Nogopalu X test room. The study is carried out by Maavarauuringud OÜ.

Application for a permit for a geological examination and other relevant documents can be consulted at at the nearest Office of the Environment Agency.. Digital documents are available at https://adr.envir.ee/..
 
Until the #tk_menetluse_liik# decision is taken, everyone hase the right to submit reasoned proposals and objections to the To the Environment Agency.  Proposals and objections may be submitted orally or in writing to the e-mail address info@keskkonnaamet.ee or the postal aadress Karja 17a, 65608 Võru.
