Keskkonnaamet declares that OÜ SOKKEL HOLDING (registry code: 12245586) (address Rapla maakond, Rapla vald, Purku küla, Lonni, 78401) the application for amendment of the environmental permit for the extraction of mineral resources submitted by the applicant was granted.

Existing Ahepnnu gravel quarry (extraction permit No Rapm-108 and validity period up to 25.10.2033) is located in the Ahepnnu gravel deposit in the district of Rapla (registry card No 0594), in the predominantly private cadastrastral parcels Niimaru (KatastrasEMP EMP 29203:001:0522), 2921031 Niimaru Tea L3 (Liivaaugu document 29:201:001:0001:filtrEMP EMP EMP EMP), KkatastrastrasEMP EMP EMP EMP EMP (29:0021)

The request for amendment of the mining permit is intended to replace the ancillary condition of the permit (the additional condition was mentioned at the time of the authorisation) No 2 'It is permitted to extract and extract E-R from the mine between 8.00 and 17.00 hrs from the Mineral reserve. In addition, it is intended to change the plan for the restored land.
