Keskkonnaamet publishes this announcement under Section 47(2) of the General Law on the Environment (KeÜS).

Keskkonnaamet declares that Roosa Turvas AS (registry code: 14383803) (address Võru maakond, Rõuge vald, Vana-Roosa küla, Turba, 66109) requests special water use rights for the discharge of rainfall water into receiving waters from the rosé peat production area in the village of old-rosé in Rõuge, County (registration No 687241, Cadastral Identifier 86501:002:0770). Rainfall water is discharged from the peat production area through four outlets to existing ditches with drains from the Runsa stream (WATER 1157200) and the Kuuraoru stream (WATER 1154844).
It holds environmental permit No VO-007 for the extraction of mineral resources for the extraction of rosé peat production, valid from 04.05.2000 to 03.05.2025.
Since the specific water exploitation activities applied for are both spatial and technological linked to the extraction of mineral resources, the specific water exploitation activities will be included in environmental permit No VO-007 for the extraction of mineral resources.

Until the amendment or refusal of an environmental permit decision is made, any person has the right to submit reasoned proposals and objections to the On the application to the Environment Agency.
