Keskkonnaamet publishes this announcement under paragraph 30(2) of the Rural Law (MaaPS).
 
Keskkonnaamet announces, that EMG Arendus OÜ (registry code: 14212964) (address Vana-Narva mnt 11b, Kiiu alevik, Kuusalu vald, Harju maakond, 74604)an authorisation for prospecting has been granted on request.

The exploration licence is requested for the communal and state-owned properties located in the municipality of Lasnamäe, Tallinn, Harju County, st Peterburi tee 90 (cadastral title 78401:101:3299), Plain Street 2c (cadastral title 78401:101:3301) and Sõstramäe tn 1 (cadastral title 78401:101:2965). The name of the enquiry room is “Väo XII enquiry room”. The area covered by the requested survey room is 11.0 ha. This is a consumable stock survey, which plans to build up up up to 15 wells and up to 5 exploration voids with a research depth of up to 30 m. the resources under examination are building limestone. The period of validity of the authorisation applied for shall be 3 years. The study is carried out by EMG Arendus OÜ.
