Konkurentsiamet publishes this announcement under Section 27 (12) of the competition Act (hook).
The Competition Authority has received an announcment of the concentration on 07.07.2020, according to which AS LHV Pank (registry code: 10539549) intends to acquire a dominant influence Danske Bank A/S Leedu filiaali (registry code: 301694694) over part Hooks within the meaning of paragraph 19(1), p. 2.
Pursuant to Konk § 27(13), interested parties have the right to submit their opinion and objections to the concentration to the Competition Authority within seven calendar days.
