Keskkonnaamet publishes this announcement under sections 21 and 16(2)(1) of the environmental impact assessment and Management system Act (KeHJS).
Environmental Agency announces the publication of the environmental impact assessment (EIA) report for the Joint stock company REPO FACTORIES CLOSING the former Püssi PPK (current Joint stock company REPO FACTORIES) landfill SITE.
The Environment Agency initiated the proposed operation of the EIA by letter No 8-2/18/20425 of 17.12.2018.
The aim of the proposed operation is to close the landfill SITE OF THE public limited company REPO, in accordance with the requirements of the Landfill Regulation, without posing a risk to the environment. The landfill SITE OF THE PUBLIC limited company REPO IS located in the municipality of Lüganus, Ida-Viru, in the village of Lüganus, on the waste land cadastral unit near the southern border of the town of Püssi.

The public consultation of the EIA report takes place at 11.09.2020 at 14.00 at the Office of the Environment Agency in Jõhvi (address park 15, Jõhvi, 41537, County of Ida-Viru)..
