Keskkonnaamet publishes this announcement under Section 47(2) of the General Law on the Environment (KeÜS).

Keskkonnaamet declares that Kiili Vallavalitsus (registry code: 75020983) (address Harju maakond, Kiili vald, Kiili alev, Nabala tee 2a, 75401) apply for an environmental permit for the expansion of the Vääna dam in the village of Paekna in Harju, Paisjärve Kiili (registration plate No 3574250, Cadastral Identifier 30401:001:2551) and on the beach site (registration plate No 5111202, registration mark No 30401:002:0380) in the village of Paekna.

The application environmental permit and other relevant documents are available on in the information system for environmental decisions, A BAG at https://kotkas.envir.ee/ address (procedure No M-111257).

Until the environmental permit or refusal to grant environmental permit decision is made, any person has the right to submit reasoned proposals and objections to the To the Environment Agency. Proposals and objections may be submitted orally or in writing to an e-mail address info@keskkonnaamet.ee or to a postal address Viljandi mnt 16, 11216 Tallinn.
