Keskkonnaamet publishes this announcement under sections 21 and 16(2)(1) of the environmental impact assessment and Management system Act (KeHJS).
Environmental Agency announces the publication of the environmental impact assessment (EIA) report for the the unit company informs the FACTUR Salla about the work involved in the operation of the peat production area.
By letter No 12-2/19/111-6, the Environment Agency launched an environmental impact assessment for the planned operation on 12.03.2019.
The purpose of the proposed activity is to extend the mining permit for 30 years and to continue the extraction of peat. The hall peat production area is located in the municipality of lesser Maarja in Lääne-Viru, Triigi's forestry area 52, and the hall peat production area

Proposals, objections and questions about the EIA report can be submitted at up to and including 31.10.2020, Viljandi mnt 16, Tallinn or e-mail to info@keskkonnaamet.ee.
The public consultation of the EIA report takes place at 09.11.2020 at 16.00 in the library hall of the small Maarja (address Lõuna tn 10, lesser Maarja, 46202, County of West Viru)..
