Rapla Vallavalitsus publishes this announcement under Section 139(3) of the planning Act (plans).

Rapla Vallavalitsus announces that the building plan " by order No 494 of the Municipality of Rapla of 19 October 2020 (Kuusiku Tea 4a, the City of Rapla) was " established in the City of Rapla by the building plan of Kuusiku Tea 4a.

The plan sets out the conditions for the construction of two apartments with a total undergoing construction area of up to 700 m ² and a height of up to 14 m. the apartments are three underground and one underground. A total of up to 28 apartments can be built on two buildings. The implementation of the building plan will lead to an increase in the building space in Mahlamäe and will ease demand for new apartments in Rapla, which is expected to have a positive economic, social and cultural impact.
