Rapla Vallavalitsus publishes this announcement under Section 128(7) of the planning Act (plans).

Rapla Vallavalitsus announces The launch of the zoning plan " by order No 506 of 26 October 2020 of the Municipality of Rapla in " was initiated in the village of Purila with a view to drawing up a nearby zoning plan with a view to laying down the conditions for the planning of fifteen individual buildings and a building with a commercial, catering or service building.
The planning area of approximately 13 ha includes the ancient area (cadastral mark 66904:002:0174) and the adjacent areas in the villages of Purila and kukuku. The planning area is bordered from the north by the river Keila, from the south-west by the national road of Kose-Purila, from the north-west by the district of Kiigemäe in the village of ku and from the south-east by the new street and Uus tn 1, 3, 5, 9 and 11. The zoning plan shall follow the basic design of the master plan.

The need to draw up a zoning plan is apparent from the master plan of the Municipality of Rapla.

The need for studies has not become apparent at the time the plan is initiated. Details of the building plan can be found on the website of the Municipality of Rapla in http://rapla.kovtp.ee/algatamine
