Keskkonnaamet publishes this announcement under paragraph 30(2) of the Rural Law (MaaPS).
 
Keskkonnaamet announces, that osaühing MANTRUM (registry code: 10213174) (address Tartu maakond, Tartu vald, Äksi alevik, Äksi tee 14, 60543)the application for authorisation of a geological survey submitted in the Kobratu IX study room has been accepted.
The study room for Cobratu IX is located in the municipality of Tartu, Tartu, in the village of Kobratu, in the cadastral parcels Saamo (79601:001:1105), Pohlaveere (79402:003:0217) and Matsi (79402:003:0428), in the private area of the Kobratu sandfield (registry card No 833). The area covered by the requested survey room is 13.98 ha. This is a consumable stock survey, which plans to build up up up to 30 wells. The exploration depth is up to 20 m. the resources to be studied are the construction and filling sands. Hydrogeological testing shall consist of measuring water levels in wells. Other work for specific purposes is the determination of the steel composition of the material; topographic measurement. The period of validity of the authorisation applied for shall be 5 years. The geological survey is carried out by Maavarauuringud OÜ (registry code 14346587, address: sand tn 41, Tartu City, Tartu City, Tartu County).
