Keskkonnaamet publishes this announcement under paragraph 30(2) of the Rural Law (MaaPS).
Keskkonnaamet announces, that Osaühing Acropolis (registry code: 10304735) (address Tallinna tn 86, Peetrimõisa küla, 71073 Viljandi)The request for authorisation of the geological enquiry of the urbanisation II, submitted on 29.10.2020 (corrected request for procedure No M-112109 in the REGISTERED environmental decision information system “bag 07.11.2020”), has been accepted.
The application for a geological survey shall be made in the villages of Sakala and Tääksi, in the province of Viljandi, on privately owned properties in the villages of Mäsidane and Tääksi, Mäeltveski (cadastral mark 54502:001:0021, new register number 3153539) and the water spark (cadastral mark 54502:002:0110, new register number 264239). The area covered by the requested survey room is 6.79 ha. The purpose of the study is to identify the distribution of mineral resources (sand, gravel), the thickness of the useful layer, the quality and the conditions of extraction. The studies plan to build up up to 15 exploration voids and up to 15 wells with a depth of up to 25 m; other planned ad hoc works: determination of steel composition, physico-mechanical tests, topographical measurements, water level measurements. The survey is carried out by OÜ J. Viru Markšeideribüroo (registry code 11644539, address Tartu mnt 84a-50, 10112 Tallinn). The period of validity applied for is 3 years.

Until the #tk_menetluse_liik# decision is taken, everyone hase the right to submit reasoned proposals and objections to the On the application to the Environment Agency. Proposals and objections may be submitted orally or in writing to the e-mail address info@keskkonnaamet.ee or the postal aadress postiaadressile Paala tee 4, 71014 Viljandi.
Keskkonnaamet will additionally announce the completion of the Authorisation for prospecting draft in the official publication Official Announcements.
