Keskkonnaamet publishes this announcement under Section 47(2) of the General Law on the Environment (KeÜS).
Keskkonnaamet declares that AS TREV-2 Grupp (registry code: 10047362) (address Pärnu mnt 463, Nõmme linnaosa, Tallinn, Harju maakond) the application for an environmental permit for the mountain allocation of the Cup II gravel quarry submitted by the applicant has been accepted.
The gravel quarry of caise II is located in the municipality of West Bank, Pärnu, in the village Kanamardi, on 64 properties of the State-owned Varbla district (cadastral mark 86302:003:0059). The area covered by the mountain deposit for the mountain pasture of Kadus II is 24.51 ha and the area covered by the mountain deposit is 24.51 ha. The active consumption of the aggregate sand of the Mountain deposit of the Kaise II gravel quarry is 954 thousand m3 and the excavated reserves are 842 thousand m3, the active tableware of the building sand is 860 thousand m 3 and the excavated reserves are 855 thousand m3. The average annual rate of mineral extraction is 115 ash m 3, the use of the mineral is road and general construction, the use of the land affected by the mining is a body of water and wooded land. The mining permit is to be valid for a period of 15 years.
The application environmental permit and other relevant documents are available on at the nearest Office of the Environment Agency.
The application shall be digitally available on from the information system for environmental decisions to https://kotkas.envir.ee/ (requests selected from procedure No M-111522)
Until the the granting or refusal of an environmental permit decision is made, any person has the right to submit reasoned proposals and objections to the On the application to the Environment Agency. Proposals and objections may be submitted orally or in writing to an e-mail address info@keskkonnaamet.ee or to a postal address Tallinna 22, Kuressaare, the vald of Saaremaa, Island County 93819.
The draft of Decision on environmental permit will be announced by the Environmental Agency in the Official Announcements.
