Keskkonnaamet publishes this announcement under paragraph 30(2) of the Rural Law (MaaPS).
 
Keskkonnaamet announces, that Osaühing DPS Invest (registry code: 10106596) (address Viimsi tee 14, Pirita linnaosa, 12112 Tallinn)The application for authorisation to prospect for the Muri III exploration room submitted on 18.11.2020 (registered under procedure No M-112303 in the ENVIRONMENTAL Decisions information system of 18.11.2020) has been accepted.

Authorisation for the geological survey shall be sought in the village of Mulgi, County Viljandi, on privately owned land in the village of Mur, Kangru (cadastral Identifier 60001:003:0112, new registration No 11039) and Kangru (cadastral Identifier 60001:003:0111, new registration No 11039). The requested test room consists of two solvent units, the total area served by the test room being 24.74 ha. The purpose of the study is to conduct a consumption inventory survey to determine the distribution of mineral resources (sand, gravel), the thickness of the useful layer, the quality and the conditions of extraction. The studies plan to set up up up to 20 exploration outlets and up to 20 drilling outlets with a depth of up to 20 m; other planned ad hoc work: topogodetic measurements, samples to determine the steel composition of the material, measurement of water levels. The survey is carried out by OÜ Inseneribüroo STEIGER (registry code 11206437, address of Männiku tee 104, Nõmme district, Tallinn). The period of validity applied for is 2 years.
