Keskkonnaamet publishes this announcement under paragraph 30(2) of the Rural Law (MaaPS).
 
Keskkonnaamet announces, that Avalor Invest OÜ (registry code: 11969862) (address Võru maakond, Võru vald, Meegomäe küla, Ede-Mäekalda, 65603)The revised application for authorisation to prospect for the Sõreste V exploration room submitted on 20.10.2020 (registered in the ENVIRONMENTAL Decisions information system under procedure DM-111794) has been accepted.

The geological survey is applied for in the municipality of Põlva, in the municipality of cannabis, in the village of Sõreste on the land owned by the applicant and co-owner “GDP invest OÜ” (cadastral mark 28501:001:0618). The total area covered by the requested survey room is 7.04 ha. The purpose of the study is to conduct a consumption inventory survey to determine the distribution of mineral resources (sand, gravel), the thickness of the useful layer, the quality and the conditions of extraction. The studies plan to build up up to 15 exploration voids and up to 15 drilling holes with a depth of up to 20 m; other planned dedicated works: water level measurements. The study is carried out by Maavarauuringud OÜ (registry code 14346587, address Tartu County, Tartu City, Tartu City, Liiva tn 41, 50303). The period of validity applied for is 2 years.

Keskkonnaamet will additionally announce the completion of the Decision to grant or refuse authorisation for a geological survey draft in the official publication Official Announcements.
