Keskkonnaamet publishes this announcement under Section 47(2) of the General Law on the Environment (KeÜS).

Keskkonnaamet declares that Rõuge Vallavalitsus (registry code: 77000217) (address Ööbikuoru 4, Rõuge, 66201 Võru maakond) the application for the extension of the Pärliere (WATER 1155700) on the Sänna Alaveski barrage (barrage 022260) of the Rõuge vald in the village of Sänna, with an address at Sänna Alaveski (cadastritus description 69701:003:0184, registration NUMBER 3108941), has been accepted.

The application environmental permit and other relevant documents are available on in digital format..
The application shall be digitally available on EAGLE in the information system for environmental decisions (procedure No M-112156), https://kotkas-ame.envir.ee/proceedings/applications?proceeding_id=12238#

Until the environmental permit decision is made, any person has the right to submit reasoned proposals and objections to the To the Environment Agency. Proposals and objections may be submitted orally or in writing to an e-mail address info@keskkonnaamet.ee or to a postal address info@keskkonnaamet.ee. 

The draft of Environmental permit will be announced by the Environmental Agency in the Official Announcements.
