Keskkonnaamet publishes this announcement under paragraph 30(2) of the Rural Law (MaaPS).
 
Keskkonnaamet announces, that Dozerland OÜ (registry code: 14195154) (address Aia tn 24-4, Pärnu linn, Pärnu linn, Pärnu maakond)the request for a geological study in the Tammistu II study room has been accepted.

The exploration licence is applied for in the municipality of Pärnu, in the municipality of West Anna, for the cadastral district Varbla, district 63 (cadastral mark 86302:003:0056). The test room is called the Tammistu II test room. The area covered by the requested survey room is 13,76 ha. This is a consumable stock study, which plans to set up up up to 30 exploration voids with a test depth of up to 7 m. the exploited minerals are the filling sand and the filling crucible. In addition, the study plans to carry out the following ad hoc work: water level measurements, laboratory studies, topo-geodetic measurements. The period of validity of the authorisation applied for shall be 2 years. The study is carried out by Maavarauuringud OÜ (registry code 14346587, address sand 41, Tartu City, Tartu City, 50303 Tartu County).

Application for a permit for a geological examination and other relevant documents can be consulted at at the nearest Office of the Environment Agency. Digital documents are available at https://kotkas.envir.ee/ in the environmental decision information system.
 
Until the #tk_menetluse_liik# decision is taken, everyone hase the right to submit reasoned proposals and objections to the To the Environment Agency.  Proposals and objections may be submitted orally or in writing to the e-mail address info@keskkonnaamet.ee or the postal aadress Tallinna 22, Kuressaare, Saaremaa vald, Saare maakond 93819.
