Keskkonnaamet publishes this announcement under paragraph 30(2) of the Rural Law (MaaPS).
 
Keskkonnaamet announces, that OÜ EK RAE (registry code: 14943840) (address Pärnu mnt 158/1, Kesklinna linnaosa, Tallinn, 11318 Harju maakond)an application for geological enquiry in the Väo X enquiry room has been accepted.

The exploration licence is applied for in the village of Soodevahe in Harju County, Rae, on land owned by the State, Kesa (cadastritus 65301:001:4413), for use as arable land. The estate manager is the Ministry of the Environment and the land administration is the authorised authority. The enquiry room is called the “Väo X enquiry room”. The area covered by the requested survey room is 5.05 ha. This is a consumables survey, which plans to build up up up to 10 wells of exploration depth of up to 35 m and up to 10 exploration wells. The ore under examination is limestone. In addition, the study plans to carry out the following ad hoc work: water level measurement, test bench, topographic measurements, gamma carotene, laboratory work. The period of validity of the authorisation applied for shall be 4 years. The survey is carried out by the Engineering firm STEIGER OÜ (registry code: 11206437; address: Männiku tee 104, Nõmme Town, Tallinn, 11216 Harju County).

Until the #tk_menetluse_liik# decision is taken, everyone hase the right to submit reasoned proposals and objections to the To the Environment Agency.  Proposals and objections may be submitted orally or in writing to the e-mail address info@keskkonnaamet.ee or the postal aadress Viljandi mnt 16, 11216 Tallinn.
 
Keskkonnaamet will additionally announce the completion of the Decision to grant or refuse authorisation for a geological survey draft in the official publication Official Announcements.
