Keskkonnaamet publishes this announcement under paragraph 30(2) of the Rural Law (MaaPS).
 
Keskkonnaamet announces, that AKTSIASELTS KIVILUKS (registry code: 10147365) (address Betooni tn 19-16, Lagedi alevik, Rae vald, Harju maakond)the request for a geological study in the cross-Muru study room has been accepted.

The exploration licence is requested for the land parcel of Piirsalu district 1 (cadastral title 68001:003:0279) in the municipality of Piirsalu, Western Nigula, Western County. The name of the enquiry room shall be the cross-Muru II enquiry room. The area covered by the requested survey room is 22.74 ha. This is a consumables survey, which plans to build up up up to 30 wells with a research depth of up to 7 m. the exploitable resources are sand, building sand. In addition, the study plans to carry out the following ad hoc work: water level measurements, laboratory studies, topo-geodetic measurements. The period of validity of the authorisation applied for shall be 3 years. The study is carried out by Maavarauuringud OÜ (registry code 14346587, address sand 41, Tartu City, Tartu City, 50303 Tartu County).

Application for a permit for a geological examination and other relevant documents can be consulted at at the nearest Office of the Environment Agency.. Digital documents are available at https://kotkas.envir.ee/ in the environmental decision information system..
