Keskkonnaamet publishes this announcement under Section 47(2) of the General Law on the Environment (KeÜS).
Keskkonnaamet declares that Metsamaahalduse Aktsiaseltsi (registry code: 10052156) (address Tartu tn 4a, 71004 Viljandi) The application for an environmental permit for the extraction of the resources of the Supsimar II gravel quarry submitted on 14.12.2020 (registered under document management system of the Environment Agency 14.12.2020 under procedure No M-112451) has been accepted.
The requested SupSimari II gravel quarry is located in Viljandi, municipality of Viljandi, in Luiga village, on a private property, Supsimari (cadastral mark 57002:002:0241, registration number 7339). The requested mountain allocation consists entirely of the active consumption of the building gravel in block 3 of the Suphim gravel deposit (registry card No 699), the requested mountain allocation being the same as that of the existing Suphim II gravel deposit (permit No VILM-044, authorisation holder, forest management AS, valid until 15.03.2021). The catchment area of the rebel provision applied for includes part of the available catchment area, excluding the part ~ 8,4 m in width due to the absence of land-use rights.
The area of the mountain deposit for the requested Supsimar II gravel quarry is 7.73 and the area of the catchment area is 13.94 ha. The active consumption of the building gravel of the essimari II gravel quarry at 30.09.2020 is 854,212 thousand m ³ and the extracted stock is 740,212 thousand m ³. An average annual extraction rate of 50 thousand m ³ is requested. The exploitation of mineral resources consists of road and general construction works. The environmental permit shall be valid for a period of 15 years. Excavated land is cleaned up into a body of water.
The application environmental permit and other relevant documents are available on at the nearest Office of the Environment Agency (+372 680 7438, info@keskkonnaamet.ee).
The application shall be digitally available on the information system on environmental decisions WAS DELIVERED to https://kotkas.envir.ee.
Until the the granting or refusal of an environmental permit decision is made, any person has the right to submit reasoned proposals and objections to the On the application to the Environment Agency. Proposals and objections may be submitted orally or in writing to an e-mail address info@keskkonnaamet.ee or to a postal address Paala Road 4, 71014 Viljandi.
The draft of Decision on the application for an environmental permit will be announced by the Environmental Agency in the Official Announcements.
