Keskkonnaamet publishes this announcement under Section 16(2)(1) of the environmental impact assessment and Management system Act (KeHJS).

Environmental Agency announces the publication of the environmental impact assessment (EIA) programme of the Rääbise and Sireli pig farm.

The EEA initiated the EIA in question by letter No DM-100524-7 of 12.02.2019.
Grain trade OÜ and Undverk Agriculture OÜ Rääbis and Sirel's pig farm complex is located in Jõgeva, Jõgeva village, on the land of the pasture trail (land register number 2829035, land register number 81002:0062) and Sirel pig area (land register number 2895635, land register number 81002:002:0071), and the main activity of the farm complex is more than 30 kg of pig nucleus. The installation is planned to keep pigs for fattening (pigs with a body weight of more than 30 kg) with a installed production capacity (number of places) of 3664 animals. The Farmi's estimated production capacity is 10260 fattened pigs per year and the farm's normal working time is 24 hours per day/365 days per year.
