Approve the distribution proposal submitted by Jüri Truuts in the insolvency proceedings of Dimitri Podgorny (in liquidation, personal identification No 374012714), the creditors' recognised claims, their ranking and their chapters in the bankruptcy proceedings of Dimitri Podgorny (in liquidation): 2.1 La PankrS, at the stage of satisfaction pursuant to paragraph 153(1) P 2, and the chapters: the amount of the creditor's recognised claim (in euros) in retail (%) and the Tolli142 659,100% %KOKKU:142 659,84% liquidator.

The debtor or the creditor objecting to the distribution proposal may lodge an appeal within 15 days of service of the order (§ 145(4) of PankrS; § 661(2) of TsMS).
