Environmental Agency announces the publication of the environmental impact assessment (EIA) programme of the Application for an environmental permit for the dredging of the first Lake pedel and the second Lake Pedel.

The EIA initiated the EIA by letter DM-112269-2 of 20.11.2020.
The objective of the proposed action is to clear the first and second Pedeli expansion lakes from excessive river and sediment, with a view to improving the status of the body of water and maintaining the attractiveness of the Pedeli expansion lakes and their surrounding recreational area. The Lake pedel (first) and its surrounding recreational area form part of cadastral block 85401:003:3021 of the Pedel drainage area 1, the second Pedel layout and the surrounding recreational area form part of cadastral block 85401:001:0233 of the Pedel drainage area 2.
