Keskkonnaamet publishes this announcement under sections 21 and 16(2)(1) of the environmental impact assessment and Management system Act (KeHJS).
Environmental Agency announces the publication of the environmental impact assessment (EIA) report for the Võsu on River Lavik barrage and use of hydro power.
The EEA initiated the proposed operation by letter No 14-6/17/45036-10 of 21.09.2017.
The objective of the planned operation is the continuation of the expansion and the production of hydropower on the River Lavik barrage. The planned activities will take place in the village of Koljak in the municipality of Haljala in Lääne-Viru, with the Vesiveski 88701:002:1210.

The public consultation of the EIA report takes place at 27.05.2021 at 12.00 in the MS Teams online environment (the public consultation can be joined at https://lingid.ee/y9RN6). For pre-registration at the meeting, please send a request to participate no later than 27.05.2021 to the address camilla.kastein@keskkonnaamet.ee..
