The Minister of Justice announces a competition for to one of the Judges of the Tallinn Court of Ringkonnakohus, two of the Judges of the Harju Maakohus and one of the Judges of the Viru Maakohus

The application to take part in the judge's competition, the applicant's personal data form (available on the website of the Supreme Court of Estonia at www.riigikohus.ee), a copy of one’s document proving one’s identity and Estonian nationality, a copy of one’s document certifying education, and a copy of the academic certificate (grade sheet) must be submitted to the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court  one month of the publication of the competition notice in the Official Announcements (§47 and §53(3) of KS).
The application must state the court or tribunals for which the post or posts of judge are to be filled.

Documents relating to the participation of judges in the competition
must be submitted to the Supreme Court under te heading “Judge competition” at the following address: Lossi 17, 50093 Tartu, or by electronic means to info@riigikohus.ee. The time limit for submission of documents be 10.06.2021.
The remuneration of the first-instance judge is EUR 4 399.43 and that of the second-instance judge is EUR 5 076.27 per month.
