Keskkonnaamet publishes this announcement under paragraph 30(2) of the Rural Law (MaaPS).
 
Keskkonnaamet announces, that Marina Minerals OÜ (registry code: 11349875) (address Tartu mnt 83-806, Kesklinna linnaosa, Tallinn, 10115 Harju maakond)the application for authorisation to prospect for the Udria exploration room has been accepted.

The exploration licence is applied for in the municipality of Narva-Jõesuu, eastern Viru, in the village of Udria, in the State-owned cadastral district of Männinurga (cadastral mark 85101:001:0830), managed by the Ministry of the Environment and the Delegated Authority for Land.

The area covered by the requested survey room is 30.43 ha. This is a consumables survey, which is intended to set up up up to 30 exploration voids at an exploratory depth of up to 8 m. the resources to be studied are gravel and sand. In addition, the study plans to carry out the following hydrogeological testing and other ad hoc work: water level measurement, determination of steel composition, determination of filtration characteristics, determination of resistance to crushing of gravel, topographical measurement of the catchment area of the test room.

The study permit is requested for a period of validity of 3 years. The survey is carried out by the Engineering firm STEIGER OÜ (registry code 11206437, address Männiku tee 104, Nõmme district, Tallinn, 11216 Harju county).

Application for a permit for a geological examination and other relevant documents can be consulted at in the nearest Office of the Environment Agency, subject to prior agreement.. Until the #tk_menetluse_liik# decision is taken, everyone hase the right to submit reasoned proposals and objections to the On the application to the Environment Agency.  Proposals and objections may be submitted orally or in writing to the e-mail address info@keskkonnaamet.ee or the postal aadress Narva mnt 7a, 15172 Tallinn.
 
Keskkonnaamet will additionally announce the completion of the Decision to grant or refuse authorisation for a geological survey draft in the official publication Official Announcements.
