Rapla Vallavalitsus announces The establishment of the zoning plan " by order No 427 of 16 August 2021 of the Municipality of Rapla (upper River 8, Rapla) " the establishment of a zoning plan following the main design of the master plan of the upper River TN 8 in Rapla. The plan creates the conditions for the construction of three individual dwellings. The planning area of approximately 0,6 ha covers the area of the TN 8 of the river (cadastral mark 67001:002:0018).

The implementation of the building plan will lead to an increase in the building space in the centre of the city of Rapla and will ease demand for housing plots. The implementation of the plan is expected to have a positive economic, social and cultural impact. The impact on the natural environment is limited.
