Rapla Vallavalitsus publishes this announcement under Section 139(3) of the planning Act (plans).

Rapla Vallavalitsus announces The establishment of a zoning plan " by order No 434 of the Municipality of Rapla of 23 August 2021 (pearl, Purila) " the establishment of a legacy zoning plan in the village of Purila following the principal design of the master plan. The plan creates the conditions for planning 17 individual houses, one commercial, catering and service building and solar power stations. The planning area of approximately 13 ha includes the adjoining area (cadastral code 66903:002:0048) and the adjacent areas in part. The planning area is bordered from the north by the river Keila, from the south-west by the Kose-Purila road, from the north-west by the Kiigemäe area and from the south-east by the new street and new TN 1, 3, 5, 9 and 11.

The implementation of the building plan leads to the addition of housing to the village of Purila and alleviates the demand for individual housing plots, which is expected to have positive economic, social and cultural impacts. The impact on the natural environment is limited. The building plan can be consulted on the website of the Municipality of Rapla, https://rapla.kovtp.ee/kehtestamine
